Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Analyst Job Description As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will manage a portfolio of 300–350 customers, focusing on collections through email and phone communication, applying credit memos and payments. Experience in credit analysis is a plus. You may also provide backup support for the Credit Team using tools such as D&B. Responsibilities Handle all collection efforts for trade receivables, including communication with customers and field operations. Serve as a liaison to resolve receivable matters and disputes. Support field offices with customer account-related activities. Recommend payment plans for customers as needed. Respond promptly to statement inquiries and other questions on the master phone line. Maintain strong working relationships with other departments and team members through excellent customer service. Perform consolidated account summaries by gathering and consolidating data from multiple locations. Participate in special projects such as audit support, month‑end tasks, and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. 2+ years of business experience, preferably in collections. Additional Skills Experience with Oracle and Highradius is a plus. NACM certification is advantageous. Experience with Excel formulas, pivots, and VLOOKUPs. Background in Oracle or other large ERP systems such as SAP. Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Schiller Park, IL. Pay $25.00 – $27.00 per hour.
