Location: Clintonville, WI

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM (40 hours per week)

Pay: $25.00 per hour

We are a family-oriented plumbing company serving the Clintonville area. We take pride in providing excellent customer service and quality workmanship. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable Office Manager who is willing to go above and beyond to support our team and help keep our office running smoothly.
Job Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Schedule service calls and coordinate technician appointments
• Prepare and process invoices
• Manage incoming and outgoing emails
• Maintain customer records and office files
• Assist with billing, payments, and accounts using QuickBooks
• Perform general office and administrative duties
• Support management and field staff as needed
• Ensure daily office operations run efficiently and accurately

Qualifications

• Previous office administration or office management experience preferred
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks required This is a MUST !!!!
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficient with computers, email, and Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and willingness to help others
