Navy Performance Improvement Specialist

Marathon TS

Marathon TS is looking for a Performance Improvement Analyst to join our Navy team in Washington. The role focuses on supporting performance improvement initiatives and assisting with root cause analyses. A Bachelor's degree and a Secret Clearance are required, along with at least 3 years of experience in relevant fields. The Analyst will develop methods and tools to enhance organizational performance and assist cross-functional teams in identifying effective strategies.
