Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive and trusting rapport with patients, creating a safe space for open communication.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and treat a range of mental health disorders, tailoring interventions to individual patient needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaboratively setting therapeutic goals with patients to promote engagement and accountability.

• Regularly meet with patients, offering counseling services and monitoring their progress through ongoing evaluations and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, facilitating discussions and activities that foster healing and recovery.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for patients in distress, while effectively managing emotional assessments and therapeutic responses.

• Stay informed and utilize current evidence-based practices to guide your clinical decision-making.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or an equivalent field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
