Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Job Overview The Terraces of Boise, one of 13 HumanGood communities honored by U.S. News & World Report as a "Best Nursing Home", is hiring a Full‑time Registered Nurse (RN) for its Skilled Nursing team. Our RNs are responsible for the total nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person‑Directed Care.” Schedule: Full‑time, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday nights, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM. Pay: $40–$46 / hr (DOE) + $2.00 / hr Night Shift Differential. Responsibilities Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm. Perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments. Initiate plan of care as needed and appropriately supervise resident care. Develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction. Qualifications Current RN license. Current CPR certification. Current or prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post‑acute or sub‑acute care is preferred. What’s in it for you?
