Multimedia Content Specialist

To enhance the visibility of the Computer Science department, the full-time Multimedia Content Specialist will identify and produce engaging multimedia stories across various platforms, including video, social media, and podcasts, while building relationships with faculty and students both in-person and remotely. Key responsibilities Identifies, develops, and produces multimedia content that highlights departmental achievements and activities for diverse audiences Manages projects from concept through production, creating content for digital platforms and maintaining a consistent flow of high-quality material Collaborates with university communications and external partners to support multimedia initiatives and enhance the department's online presence Required qualifications Bachelor's degree Two or more years of professional experience in multimedia production, digital media, or a related field Proficiency with video editing software and experience producing content for digital platforms Demonstrated ability to identify compelling stories and develop content tailored for different audiences Strong interpersonal skills to build productive relationships with faculty, students, and external partners Virtual Vocations Inc
