CNC Mill MachinistImmediately hiring a CNC Mill Machinist in Pennsauken, NJ. Join a family-owned, climate-controlled machine shop in Pennsauken as a CNC Mill Machinist. We are seeking an experienced professional to handle Programming, Set Up, and Operation during the 1st shift. You will work in a custom job shop environment, focusing on machining one-off parts, emphasizing low volume and high changeover processes.Pay: $35.00–$40.00/hr (based on experience)Shift Details: Monday to Friday: 7:30am - 4pmJob Description: As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform essential diagnostic tests on electromechanical parts such as drives, motors, and PLCs. You will troubleshoot damaged machinery and equipment to determine necessary repairs and ensure their safe and efficient operation. Your role involves repairing or replacing malfunctioning parts, conducting tests to confirm satisfactory repairs, and monitoring equipment performance. You will also manage installations, oversee projects, and supervise a crew when required, while creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures.Responsibilities:Set up, operate, edit, and program mills (including Milltronic and Haas).Inspect finished products and verify dimensional accuracy using micrometers, calipers, or other measuring equipment.Interpret drawings, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions, tolerances, sequence of operations, and setup requirements.Skills:5+ years of experience in CNC Machining specifically with MillFluent knowledge of CNC Programming using CAM software.Experience in high changeover machining.Proficiency in Mill Machine setup and operation.Ability to interpret technical drawings and specificationsJob Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Pennsauken, NJ.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $83200.00/yr. 1st shift w/ lots of OT CLIMATE CONTROLLED FACILITY Competitive Pay $10K life insurance Healthcare - good plans, VERY reasonable.
