Family Nurse Practitioner Walk-In Clinic | $50,000 Sign-On Bonus

Northeastern Rural Health Clinics (NRHC) is seeking a full-time or part-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our walk-in clinic in Susanville, California.

The FNP will provide outpatient care to patients across the lifespan for acute illnesses, minor injuries, and other non-emergency healthcare needs. Patients are seen without appointments, and daily volume varies based on walk-in demand.

The walk-in clinic is open Monday through Saturday and closed on major holidays. Full-time providers may choose four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days. Schedules may include Saturdays. Providers rotate closing responsibilities. Part-time schedules may also be considered. There are no on-call responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full-time salary of $128,000$168,000
• $50,000 sign-on bonus, depending on eligibility
• Relocation assistance up to $10,000
• 40 hours of paid CME time annually
• $2,000 annual CME allowance

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from an accredited nurse practitioner program
• Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Current California RN and Nurse Practitioner credentials, or the ability to obtain them
• Current furnishing number and DEA registration, or the ability to obtain them
• Ability to meet NRHC credentialing and privileging requirements
• Ability to assess and treat patients of all ages with a wide range of acute healthcare needs
• Commitment to providing quality care to rural and underserved patients
