Quadient Developer

Job Summary
The Senior Specialist - Package Implementation will develop, configure, implement, and maintain customer communication management (CCM) solutions using Quadient software, primarily Quadient Inspire. The role involves designing and customizing document templates, workflows, data transformations, and omnichannel communications to meet business requirements. The developer will work with Quadient Inspire Designer and Interactive modules, configure client workflows and instances, integrate data from various sources, and collaborate with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The role also includes providing technical expertise, supporting existing applications, conducting testing, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, configure, and maintain solutions using Quadient software, primarily Quadient Inspire.
• Design, implement, and customize document templates, workflows, and customer communication solutions.
• Utilize Quadient Inspire Designer and Interactive modules to configure new client workflows and instances.
• Modify existing client workflows according to specifications provided by Business Analysts.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications for Quadient development.
• Design, develop, and deploy Quadient-based solutions while ensuring quality and performance.
• Perform system integrations and manage data exchanges with external systems.
• Manipulate data from various sources and formats, including flat files, relational databases, non-relational databases, XML, and JSON.
• Create personalized and customized omnichannel communications.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, align solutions with business objectives, and provide regular updates.
• Conduct unit testing and support integration testing for developed features.
• Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve defects and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Quadient applications.
• Provide subject matter expertise in solution design, architecture, and integration.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Designer and Interactive modules.
• Deep understanding of XML data input, data transformation, imposition, and layout modules.
• Proficiency in working with master templates, data definitions, base templates, and style masters.
• Strong knowledge of Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Experience designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining document templates, workflows, and communication solutions.
• Experience integrating data from multiple sources and formats.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Inspire Scaler, xPression, or similar tools.
• Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation and state rollouts.
• Experience working with SQL Server or Oracle databases.
• Familiarity with application servers and J2EE application containers, such as WebSphere, Apache Tomcat, or JBoss.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
