Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for managing all finished goods arriving at the facility, ensuring their correct shipment. Responsibilities include conducting inventory checks, operating a forklift/pallet jack to move products, and using a computer to monitor inventory levels.

Responsibilities

• Work with all finished goods that come into the facility and ensure they are shipped out correctly.
• Conduct inventory checks to ensure levels are accurate.
• Operate and maneuver a bendi and Drexell forklift, as well as a pallet jack, for product movement.
• Use a computer to check and update inventory levels.
• Engage in significant walking throughout the day.
• Package products for shipment.

Essential Skills

• At least 2 years of forklift experience, specifically with bendi or Drexell forklifts.
• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in the plastics industry is a plus, though not required.

Work Environment

The position is set in a fast-paced, controlled manufacturing environment. While there is no repetitive lifting, candidates must be able to lift boxes weighing between 1 to 35 pounds throughout the day. Some boxes may need to be taken up an industrial ladder to be stored in the warehouse.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
