CONTRACT: OneStream Project Manager (10754)

Our client, located in Irving, is seeking an experienced OneStream Project Manager for a 6 month contract (Possible Extension). This position will require candidates local to the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Keys:
Lead the implementation, integration, and ongoing optimization of the OneStream financial platform. This role partners across Finance and Technology functions to ensure the system supports planning, reporting, and decision-making needs while driving adoption and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle project management for OneStream initiatives, including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-launch support
• Manage timelines, resources, risks, budgets, and external vendor relationships
• Serve as internal subject matter expert for OneStream, overseeing system design, data integration, and reporting frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, align solutions, and ensure successful platform adoption
• Drive process improvements and automation of financial planning and reporting workflows within OneStream
• Support data governance efforts, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and proper controls
• Communicate progress, risks, and updates effectively to leadership and stakeholders
• Develop training and change management initiatives to support users

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management, financial systems, or FP&A-related roles
• Hands-on experience with OneStream (or similar EPM platforms) strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of financial planning processes (budgeting, forecasting, reporting)
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional technology implementations
• Solid understanding of data structures, system integration, and reporting frameworks
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment
