Webco Manufacturing is seeking a MIG Welder for our evening shift at our precision sheet metal fabrication facility in Alto, GA. In this role, you will perform high‑quality MIG welding on custom metal components, following blueprints, work instructions, and strict quality standards. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining welding equipment, inspecting welds, supporting basic fitting and finishing, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. You’ll work in a team‑oriented, safety‑focused environment with opportunities to build skills, support continuous improvement, and contribute to reliable, on‑time production for diverse customers.
