Contact consumers regarding past‑due accounts on behalf of clients Negotiate repayment plans and resolve outstanding balances Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls professionally Investigate and resolve account disputes Analyze account histories to determine appropriate collection strategies Maintain accurate and compliant account documentation What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of 3rd‑party collections experience . Telco, Financial Services, Commercial, and/or Multi‑Housing experience is a plus.
