The pay rate for an Unlicensed Service Consultant (Trainee) is $21/hr The pay range for a Licensed Service Consultant is $45,760 - $54,080 /yr (DOE) + performance-based bonuses and commission Location: This role is onsite at 5285 West Louisiana Avenue Lakewood, CO 80232 What You Will Do: The Service Consultant will focus on servicing and retaining an existing book of Commercial lines business, advising clients on coverages, as well as completing endorsements and cancellations, managing retention, and policy issuance for our clients. This role also places a focus on service and sales, as we encourage our Service Agents to generate and sell cross-sell opportunities and analyze coverage to meet our clients’ needs.
