Licensed Home Care Aides In-Home Senior Care

Senior Helpers of San Francisco is seeking licensed Home Care Aides (HCAs) who are ready to use their training to provide high-quality, one-on-one care for seniors in their homes.

This role is ideal for caregivers who already hold an active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration and are looking for flexible, meaningful work with strong team support and well-matched assignments.

What a Day Looks Like

• Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living and personal care
• Support safe mobility, walking, and transfers as needed
• Prepare meals and assist with light household tasks
• Offer companionship and engage clients in conversation and daily routines
• Observe and communicate any changes in a client's condition
• Accurately complete required care documentation

Pay & Benefits

• $21$26 per hour, based on experience and assignment

Qualifications

• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
• Experience providing personal care to seniors
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong plus (Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Tagalog, or other languages highly valued)
• Dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented

Requirements

• Background check clearance
• TB clearance
• Reliable transportation for client assignments (public transit acceptable)
