Registered Nurse Home Health/ Full-Time Location:Dayton Pay:$40.00-43.00 Shift Options:Weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday Days and Nights Open) Full Job Description Position Overview Energy Employee Services, LLC: Helping eligible energy workers obtain the compassionate healthcare they deserve! We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a member of the home health team, you will be responsible for managing the home care of terminally ill or elderly patients. The ideal candidate will also have strong communication skills and a committed dedication to providing patients and families with accessible, comprehensive care. Responsibilities Thoroughly assess patients in their homes to ensure best patient care. Provide clear medication education and medication management Assist with Activities for Daily Living (ADLS) to help with the patients quality of life. Timely and accurate documentation of patient status and condition. Qualifications Must be willing to submit to a background check Must have a valid driver license, reliable transportation and auto insurance Must have an unencumbered RN License in the state you are applying to.
