North Salt Lake, UT Job Type: Full-time | Local Route | CDL-A Required Pay: $22.00 — $28.00 per hour (based on experience & performance) Weekly pay | Overtime opportunities | Performance bonuses Schedule: Home daily Must be open to a flexible schedule (early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed) Occasional longer regional runs may be required (with advanced notice) Job Description: Redbone Trucking is seeking reliable and professional Class A CDL Local Drivers to join our growing team! This position offers consistent home daily time, competitive hourly pay, and a supportive, driver-first company culture. You’ll primarily operate within local and regional lanes with occasional extended runs based on freight needs primarily making “last mile delivery” runs. Responsibilities: Safely operate a late‑model Class A commercial vehicle Transport freight on local routes and occasional longer runs Maintain accurate logs and delivery paperwork Follow DOT and company safety standards Communicate clearly with dispatch regarding scheduling or load changes Handle drop‑and‑hook live load and unload deliveries all being no‑touch freight (varies by route) Requirements: Valid Class A CDL Minimum 1 year of verifiable CDL driving experience required for this position Clean driving record and current DOT medical card Ability to work a flexible schedule , including potential longer runs Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay ($22–$28/hr) Home daily with multitude of hours Weekly pay with direct deposit Full benefits package: Medical, dental, and vision 401(k) with company match Paid time off Late‑model, well‑maintained equipment Friendly, driver‑focused dispatch and management team Rider and pet policy available Redbone Trucking is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
