About the Role:

TRI Center Inc is looking for a passionate and dedicated LMSW or LMHC to join our team in New York, NY. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy using evidence-based clinical interventions
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic client care
• Connect clients with community resources, referrals, and support services
• Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

• Active New York State LMSW or LMHC licensure required. Limited permit acceptable.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
• Experience in direct clinical practice, case management, or counseling services
• Proficiency in conducting biopsychosocial assessments and crisis intervention
• Strong knowledge of DSM-5 diagnoses and evidence-based therapeutic modalities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and collaboration
• Compassionate, culturally competent, and client-focused approach to care
