About the Role


As an Employment Specialist, you'll play a vital part in helping great people find great jobs and supporting local businesses in securing top talent. You'll use your strong communication and people skills to recruit, interview, and guide applicants through a positive, professional hiring experience. Your ability to multitask will support the team in reaching weekly goals while coordinating interviews between job seekers and our Employment Specialists.

What You'll Do

• Recruit & Build Talent Pipelines: Actively source and retain qualified associates to meet both immediate and long-term client needs.
• Create an Exceptional First Impression: Manage calls, inquiries, and online applications with professionalism and efficiency.
• Support Daily Operations: Enter applicant data, manage confidential documents, and assist with general administrative tasks.
• Stay Informed: Conduct all work in accordance with Express standards and applicable employment laws while staying knowledgeable about the local job market.
