Owning the performance of a $500,000+ annual influencer marketing budget, the full-time remote Senior Influencer Marketing Manager will focus on building scalable creator partnerships, optimizing campaign profitability, and driving measurable business growth through effective creator strategies. Key Responsibilities Own and optimize influencer marketing budget to achieve a minimum 1.7x last-click Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) while doubling annual revenue Recruit and grow a high-performing community of 500+ active commission-based creators and develop scalable systems for creator acquisition Transform product positioning into creator briefs and negotiate comprehensive omni-channel partnerships for long-term collaboration Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or affiliate marketing for high-growth brands Proven success managing annual influencer marketing budgets of $500,000+ Experience building and scaling ambassador programs with 250-500+ active creators Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts and experience with influencer management platforms Demonstrated ability to negotiate creator contracts and manage relationships directly
