Associate Consultant, Functional

Aleysian, headquartered in Chicago, is a dynamic and innovative digital transformation consulting firm specializing in Salesforce and AI-driven business solutions for the private sector. We are seeking a creative and driven Associate Consultant to join our growing team! In this client-facing role you will assist in gathering configuration requirements from clients and collaborate with team members in designing, implementing and testing solutions for client business needs. After self-led training and on-project work, our Associate Consultant possesses broad knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce and various AI tools and will configure the tool in response to client needs and planned usage for the platform. Our ideal candidates are interested in learning both Salesforce and AI platforms and able to work cross-functionally. This is a hybrid role based in our downtown Chicago office. What You’ll Do Interact with clients and stakeholders to determine business requirements Document a client's system specifications, understanding their work practices and the nature of their business Support the configuration of the environment according to client specifications and project scope Documentation and Testing of Application functionality Collaborate with team members to validate that Solution meets business requirements and functions as desired by the client Develop training materials for users and other consultants What We’re Looking For Willingness to learn in a rapidly moving environment An interest in learning both Salesforce and AI platforms with ability to work cross-functionally Demonstrated self-starter Results-oriented, able to take a task and achieve objectives with minimal guidance Ability to handle multiple priorities Excellent oral and written communication skills Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work well both individually and within a team Comfortable working in a small company and a fast-paced environment Take a proactive approach to developing individual technical and consulting skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Eligible to work in the United States without limitation Our Culture At Aleysian, we embrace an innovative, fast-paced environment that encourages risk-taking and personal growth.
