Overview Job Description The Physicians of Forefront Dermatology have a need for a Mohs Surgeon to join their team in Oklahoma City, OK. Great opportunity to practice with experienced physicians and staff, all of whom are dedicated to providing the best dermatologic care to patients. Practice consists of two BC dermatologists and an NP/PA provider. The role is open full time to those seeking a mix of general dermatology and Mohs and part time to those seeking a Mohs only opportunity. After ensuring high quality care, finding a good “fit” is key to the team. The physician group places a high value on people with a positive attitude, a growth mindset, and a patient first approach to dermatology. Our group practice gathers for bi-annual retreats to meet with colleagues, share ideas, identify innovations, initiate practice policies and develop strategies for practice improvement and growth. Every two years, physicians vote for nominated candidates to serve on the physician board. In addition, there are many opportunities for physicians not serving in leadership to chair key strategic and practice improvement initiatives.
