Need someone with flexibility in their schedule as they have experiments that run for 10 hours. Someone who could come in at 6am 2-3 days a week, or start later to stay later, other days they could start at 8am. 40 hours a week.
- Food Safety Microbiology
- Food Safety testing
- 1-3 years of industry experience
- Experience with Bacterial Pathogens
- General bacteria experience
- Pathogen detection environment
- PCR - preferred
- Aseptic technique
Biohazard Safety Level II environment and/or microbiological environmental monitoring
