Requirements Previous customer service/front desk experience Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred Good organizational and multi‑tasking abilities Ability to pass background check and drug screening Excellent oral communication skills Sit or stand for long periods of time Working Saturdays are a must Summary Greet customers and initiate a luxury experience Professional and welcoming presentation Ability to maintain composure in high‑pressure and fast‑paced environment Answer and direct calls of multi‑line phone system Assist with inventory counts and store open and/or close Type appraisals Proficient computer skills Prepare outgoing mail Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.) A commitment to personal excellence Inclusive team player with a positive attitudeDependable A passion for the jewelry industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
