About The Role The Program Manager oversees complex, cross‑functional initiatives that align engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver strategic business capabilities. Operating in a fast‑paced environment, this role untangles dependencies, establishes structured execution frameworks, and ensures major technical programs land on schedule with high quality. This position is vital for driving execution across remote product and engineering teams, translating strategic vision into operational reality. The program manager bridges the gap between technical constraints and business outcomes, standardizes program management methodologies, and drives clarity across concurrent technical tracks. Key Responsibilities Lead and track complex, multi‑million dollar technical programs from initiation to delivery, managing critical paths, resource allocation, and cross‑team dependencies. Establish standard operating procedures and lightweight governance frameworks across engineering and product organizations to scale execution. Implement and maintain project management tooling (such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana) to ensure clear visualization of progress and risk. Facilitate key program rituals, including roadmap planning, status synchronization, dependency mapping, and post‑mortem reviews. Communicate status, technical risks, and mitigation strategies clearly to executive leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders through weekly dashboards and metrics reviews. Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, streamlining workflows between design, engineering, and product release teams. What We Are Looking For 4–7 years of experience as a program manager, project manager, or scrum master in a software engineering or technical operations environment. Proven track record of managing large‑scale, cross‑functional technical programs with distributed software development teams. Deep expertise in modern agile methodologies, continuous integration pipelines, and product development lifecycles. Advanced proficiency with project management software, SQL for data extraction, and BI tools (such as Tableau or Looker) to build performance dashboards. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
