Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator – Mobile Crushing Crew
Location: Serving Lorain, Portage, Medina, Wayne, Trumbull, Ashland, and Richland Counties (Mobile Site-to-Site)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Hourly (Based on Experience & Machine Qualifications) | Weekly Pay

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, crushers) supporting mobile concrete crushing operations.
Travel daily/weekly to various client work sites within our regional footprint.
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks.
Maintain early-morning reliability to ensure site operations stay on schedule.
Work collaboratively with site crew and external concrete partner teams.
