Job Description: Minimum Qualifications:

Education: High school graduate or equivalent education and experience that equates to a high school diploma

Experience: Experience using hand tools, power drills, tap/die sets, power augers, or handsaws

Experience performing residential or commercial maintenance

Additional Considerations:

Experience working in a university or residential setting

Experience performing moderately complex residential or commercial maintenance
