Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary: Provides comprehensive nursing care to emergency department patients, ensuring safety, comfort, and adherence to established clinical standards. Supervises and coordinates with healthcare team members to deliver efficient, compassionate, and quality emergency care.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patients' conditions by collecting pertinent health data and analyzing assessment findings to identify care needs.
  
  
• 
  Develop individualized care plans, prescribing interventions aimed at achieving optimal patient outcomes.
  
  
• 
  Implement and coordinate care strategies, promoting patient safety and a healing environment.
  
  
• 
  Evaluate patient progress continuously, adjusting care plans to meet evolving needs.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, patient-centered care.
  
  
• 
  Delegate tasks appropriately to team members, ensuring effective workflow and communication.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a current RN license in the state of practice.
  
  
• 
  Possess at least two years of recent emergency department nursing experience.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current BLS certification; ACLS and PALS certifications are required.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency in critical care nursing practices and emergency protocols.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and effective communication skills.
