Entry Level Bilingual HR Assistant Full time or Part time

Description As HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our HR department. You will assist with various administrative tasks, help maintain employee records, and support recruitment and onboarding processes. Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and HR databases. Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions. Help coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and other employee engagement activities. Assist with benefits administration, reference checks, background checks, and random drug testing. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information. Support other HR projects and tasks as needed.
