Business Analyst - Hybrid

TEKsystems is looking for a local Business Analyst with System Implementation and Configuration experience, to support one of our local companies in Honolulu, Hawaii. Responsibilities Plan business analysis approach, conduct stakeholder analysis, and schedule activities, communication, and requirements management processes. Prepare for elicitation, conduct elicitation activities, document results, and confirm findings. Manage solution scope and requirements, maintain traceability, reuse requirements, prepare requirement packages, and communicate requirements. Define business needs, assess capability gaps, determine solution approach, define solution scope, and write business case. Prioritize, organize, specify, model, and document requirements; define assumptions and constraints; verify and validate requirements. Assess proposed solutions, allocate requirements, evaluate organizational readiness, define transition requirements, validate solutions, and evaluate solution performance. Skills & Qualifications Creative Thinking – generate new ideas, solve problems creatively, and collaborate with others. Organization and Planning – develop plans, timelines, teams, and resources within scope, time, and budgets. Ethics – act with integrity, earn stakeholder trust, and recognize ethical challenges. Facilitation and Negotiation – facilitate stakeholder interactions and resolve disagreements about requirements. Learning – demonstrate eagerness to learn and understand business domains. Oral Communication – express ideas appropriately for target audiences. Problem Solving – identify and solve problems to ensure solutions address underlying issues. Written Communication – document elicitation results, requirements, and other records needed for medium-to-long term records. Qualifications Experience with development and/or technical design. Ability to create technical requirements, support system configurations, and implementation. Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile Methodologies. More than 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst gathering requirements, testing, documenting, and meeting with clients.
