Local Team Collaboration:
- Join our close-knit team of 2 physicians and 4 APPs at Piedmont Macon Northside.
- Work alongside one APP hospitalist during the day, rounding on an average of 18 patients/day.
- Board eligible or board certified FM or IM as per ABMS.
- Comfortable running codes and rapid with open ICU with a tele-intensivist.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- 12-hour day shifts with a day rounding APP.
- See a wide variety of diseases while still having specialists available in a small community-based hospital.
- Work in coordination with a tele-intensivist running codes and rapid but not responsible for doing procedures.
- Utilize EPIC with Dragon for efficient dictation and access to our internal informatics platform for streamlined workflow and communication.
- Macon boasts a vibrant cultural scene, artistic activities, Mercer University, and access to beautiful natural surroundings for outdoor enthusiasts.
- We are an integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and other physician groups.
- Our team actively participates in committees and leadership roles to support quality and process improvement.

- Compensation: $300,000/year with productivity incentive.
