Account Executive (EverStaff Client)

A commercial services company is seeking a motivated sales professional to grow its service agreement business in the Raleigh market. This position focuses on helping customers improve equipment reliability, manage maintenance costs, and support efficient operations through customized service solutions. Responsibilities Prospect and develop new commercial customer relationships within an assigned territory. Connect with decision-makers to understand business priorities and facility service needs. Evaluate equipment and maintenance requirements to recommend appropriate service coverage. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate agreements, and close new business. Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently meet monthly revenue goals. Coordinate with internal teams to support contract implementation and a successful transition to ongoing account service. Identify opportunities to expand relationships with existing customers. Qualifications A demonstrated record of achieving goals in a sales or business development environment. Strong communication, listening, relationship-building, and organizational skills. A consultative approach to understanding customer needs and presenting business value. Ability to learn technical service offerings and adapt to changing customer priorities.
