Title: Training Coordinator
Duration: 6 months + (with possible extension)
Location: Lexington MA
Job Duty and Description:
Administration of the training system, including but not limited to:
- Provide ongoing administration and support for the TrackWise training system
- Maintain curricula by processing changes to training requirements and curricula in support of Quality and Supply Chain groups at a minimum.
- Assist with the coordination, logistics, preparation and maintenance of training schedules, plans and materials for training requirements in support of Quality and Supply Chain groups at minimum.
- Generate training reports as needed
- Provide support related to the training system by monitor incoming questions/issues via the training mailbox and assure resolution
- May assist with the delivery of training for the TrackWise Training System
- Perform additional tasks as requested
Relevant experience Key Skills and Competencies Required :
- Ability to prioritize and plan own activities in accomplishing objectives.
- Effective communication both verbal and written
- Working knowledge of industry/cGMP requirements
- Interpersonal skills and professional skills
- Must be customer focused and service oriented
- Proficient with MS Office (Word and Excel), Outlook, Learning Management System(s)
- Superior organizational and multitasking capabilities
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree Required
