You'll work closely with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly, providing exceptional dining experiences. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Team Leadership – Motivating and leading your team to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain our high standards. Operational Excellence – Ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant run efficiently, from food preparation to customer service to cleanliness. Sales and Profitability – Contributing to the restaurant's success by increasing sales, managing costs, and maximizing profitability. Training and Development – Assisting in the training and development of team members, helping them excel in their roles. Cultural Stewardship – Upholding and promoting Angry Chickz's unique culture among both the team and customers. Hands‑On Involvement – Actively involved in various tasks, from food preparation to customer interactions, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Qualifications Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, even when things change. Self‑driven, flexible, energetic, and a strong communicator. Excellent at solo missions and teamwork. Problem‑solving: identify problems, set goals, create plans, and execute. Tech proficiency, especially Microsoft Office, and a willingness to learn new tools. Flexible shift availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel. Professional demeanor inside and outside the restaurant, representing Angry Chickz proudly. Prior experience managing restaurants; experience opening a new location or local marketing is a plus. Minimum age 18. High school diploma or equivalent. Language: clear spoken and written English; Spanish reading/spoken a plus but not mandatory. Reasoning ability: solves problems individually and as a team. Work Attire: Angry Chickz uniform and non‑slip safety shoes. Physical Demands Regular standing, walking, bending, twisting. Frequent speaking and hearing. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. Use of hands to grasp kitchen tools. Repetitive hand use; reach for items below waist, between waist and shoulder, and above shoulder. Exposure to extreme cold (walk‑in cooler), heat (stove, oven), moisture, dust, fumes, or chemicals (cleaning solutions).
