Responsibilities → What You'll Do Essential Functions/Primary Responsibilities: Assess department needs during onboarding and support a key project aligned with current business priorities Evaluate retail growth opportunities for key customers and develop actionable recommendations Analyze pricing and promotional effectiveness to identify opportunities for improved promotional planning Support the development of customer scorecards and standardized business reviews Assess white space and distribution opportunities and help develop compelling customer sell‑in stories Collaborate with cross‑functional partners, including Retail Sales and Marketing Participate in team, business, and cross‑functional meetings to gain exposure to sales strategies and priorities Present project insights, findings, and recommendations to key stakeholders Nourish Your Career Over the course of our 12‑week program, our interns will gain: Practical Experience : Take ownership in meaningful projects and share innovative ideas to gain relevant experience in Retail Sales . Qualifications → What You'll Bring Qualification Requirements: Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program with a focus in: Business Administration, Marketing, or Business Analytics Proficiency in Microsoft Office® applications Strong teamwork and collaboration skills demonstrated through extracurricular activities and/or work experience Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills Action‑oriented with sound judgment, integrity, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution Resourceful, adaptable, and effective in navigating change and influencing others Works effectively both independently and in team settings About Us The Marzetti Company (Nasdaq: MZTI) manufactures and sells specialty food products.
