Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance SupervisorLarge food manufacturing company located in New Jersey is seeking a 3rd shift Maintenance Supervisor.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or additional technical training preferred.3–5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.Previous maintenance supervisory or leadership experience preferred.Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.Experience with PLC controls and automated production equipment.Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.Food or beverage manufacturing experience strongly preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed production environment.Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime when needed.Must be willing to work off shift (3rd).Preferred Experience:Allen-Bradley/Rockwell PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, conveyors, ovens, mixers, packaging equipment, pneumatic systems, hydraulics, refrigeration, boilers, and industrial electrical systems. #LI-GE1
