Job Description

Job Opportunity: Experienced PICU Nurse

Our organization is in search of a skilled PICU Nurse to deliver specialized care to critically ill children across various partner hospitals nationwide. This position involves a range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the highest quality of care for pediatric patients.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and assess complex pediatric patients' conditions.
Manage ventilators and intravenous drips effectively.
Respond promptly to emergency situations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
Support and educate families regarding their child's health and treatment.
Adhere to stringent safety and infection control protocols.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and interventions.

Qualifications and Requirements

Proven experience in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
Strong clinical skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
