As a Front Desk Security Professional at a premier commercial real estate location, you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badge procedures, monitor security-related activity, and provide exceptional customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.45 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSun04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Serve as a professional front-desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests according to site procedures. Monitor access points, visitor activity, and security-related systems from the front desk, reporting unusual conditions or concerns to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and communicating with emergency responders when needed. Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, incident documentation, and other required reports while supporting a welcoming and orderly lobby environment. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. Access control/badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A guard card/license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
