Medical Laboratory Technician or Technologist (MLT,MLS,MT,CLS)

Position Medical Lab Technician or Technologist Employment Full Time Varied Shifts Starting Wage MLT $27.00 (Increase with Experience) MT/MLS/CLS $30.00 (Increase with Experience) Education Requirements High school graduate or equivalent and must have completed an accredited Laboratory certification program receiving a minimum of an AAS degree, or have a BA in either science or biology and qualified under one of the governing bodies of Laboratory to perform High Complexity tests is required. Job Summary Under direction of the Laboratory Manager performs a variety of laboratory tests, many of which are complex, involve numerous steps and techniques, and require the use of some judgment. Tests may be performed in hematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, blood bank, coagulation, therapeutic drug monitoring, non-syphilis serology and urinalysis.
