Partner Account Representative

Job Description The Student Engagement Specialist is primarily responsible for ensuring employees of our existing healthcare and healthcare‑adjacent partners are aware of Covista programs, provides insights and motivation for enrollment, and works with account management teams to deliver high‑level service and support to partner employees. The specialist generates workforce solution leads through conversations and records relevant information, all while honoring partner relationships and delivering world‑class service. The role is location specific and requires candidates to be based in Minneapolis, Minnesota or Green Bay, Wisconsin, covering the territory of Minnesota, North and South Dakota, and northern Wisconsin. Responsibilities Engage directly with partner employees to provide information, context, and motivation for enrollment and connect alumni references. Collaborate with Account Management to select, source, and schedule on‑site events at partner institutions; spend 3–4 days per week in the field. Capture relevant information for each student lead and work with enrollment teams to collect accurate data. Target a minimum of 100 quality conversations per month that produce highly qualified leads. Source additional leads to pass to marketing for nurturing and may qualify existing or new lead sources. Attend trade shows and industry events focused on employee enrollment. Perform other duties as assigned. Comply with all policies and standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 3+ years of customer service, student enrollment, or related experience with healthcare institutions. Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM; knowledge of PowerBI and reporting tools. Understanding of nursing professions, healthcare career paths, and related credentials. Knowledge of academic cycles and the B2B nature of enrollment revenue. Ability to discern interest level, engage in direct and indirect communication, and connect with prospective students.
