You will act as a front-line problem solver to address client concerns, assisting them as needed. This is a challenging role with a broad focus. Successful employees are punctual, reliable, and are always learning new ways to support clients and to provide an exceptional client experience every day.In this role, you will:Support customers and ways to improve inquiries or issues from customers with empathy regarding financial products and services through a variety of channels such as phone, text, chat, video chat and other lines of communication in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentInteract with customer service team and perform moderately complex customer support tasksManage risk by following all policies and procedures and staying abreast of changes to themAdvocate for digital services such as online delivery of statements and other documents, eSign paperwork, and any other digital opportunities, as neededReceive direction from customer service supervisor and escalate non-routine questionsRequired Qualifications:1+ year of Customer Service, Financial Services or Contact Center support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving customer issuesAbility to execute in a fast paced, high demand, metric driven call center environmentExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of employees and customers, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracyMilitary experience resolving complex issues via written or verbal communication, including but not limited to, supply action requests, updating personnel records, answering benefit or pay questions, resolving errors, researching questions and other needs as requested by customersAbility to meet or exceed business goals and objectives and navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find informationKnowledge, understanding and experience of internet, mobile, and social media technologyIndustry experience in financial, mortgage, administrative, collections, or reporting areasStrong knowledge and understanding of bank policies, procedures, and systemsJob Expectations:Must be able to attend full duration of required training periodThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipAbility to work additional hours as neededSchedule may be eligible for a shift differential under the terms of the shift differential policyMust work on-site at the location postedTraining Schedule:Start Date: November 16, 2026Training will be for six weeks Monday – Friday 8:30 am EST – 5:00 pm CSTYour regular work schedule will be based on business need and may include working some weekends and some holidaysPosting Location(s):550 S 4th St. Floor 13, Minneapolis, MN 55415Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
