Location: Boise, ID Position Title: Direct Appointment Setter / Canvasser Schedule: Field-Based | Full-Time (Afternoon & Evening Hours) Compensation: Hourly Base + Tiered Performance Bonus Expected Earnings: $65,000 $105,000+ annually (based on performance)

Base Hourly Wage: $16-$19/hr

• Entry-Level: $16/hr
• Experienced Appointment Setters: $18-$19/hr

Performance Bonuses:

Earn additional bonuses for qualified appointments that complete an inspection consultation:

• $30 per completed appointment
• $40 per completed appointment at higher performance levels
• $50 per completed appointment at top performance levels

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods and generate homeowner interest door-to-door
• Introduce Bartlett Roofing and build quick rapport with homeowners
• Identify potential roofing needs and educate on inspection opportunities
• Set qualified appointments for the sales teams
• Accurately log all activity and appointments in company CRM tools
• Represent the brand professionally in the field at all times
• Work independently while maintaining strong communication with your team
