We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and a passion for providing exceptional guest services. This role involves overseeing front desk operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and leading a team of front desk staff. The successful candidate will be multilingual or bilingual, enhancing communication with our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes.
• Manage guest relations to ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Conduct night audits and maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate front desk staff to uphold high standards of service.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and services to assist guests effectively.
• Utilize multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls and provide information to guests.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience at the hotel or resort.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Previous experience in front desk operations within the hotel industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to manage multi-line phone systems effectively.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with guests.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing front desk tasks.
