Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (OP) position located in an outpatient setting. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy services aimed at maximizing functional recovery. The clinician will serve as an educator to patients, families, and team members, while ensuring compliance with organizational and professional standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification.
• Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations, develops appropriate treatment goals, completes accurate medical record documentation, and adheres to physician orders and insurance guidelines. Participates in student training and ongoing professional development. Maintains licensure in good standing and complies with all regulatory requirements. Demonstrates compliance with performance improvement initiatives and organizational values.
