Contract Specialist at our HCA Physician Services, San Antonio Division Office The Contract Specialist supports the organization by managing and preparing lower-complexity agreements. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build foundational contract management skills while contributing to efficient and compliant contract processes. The Contract Specialist ensures timely preparation, routing, and execution of standard agreements using approved templates and workflows. Key Responsibilities Prepares and processes standard documents such as standard Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Offer Letters, Employee Lease Agreements, Instrument Sterilization Agreements, and other contracts as assigned. Utilizes approved templates to draft agreements, ensuring all required organizational elements are included and formatted appropriately. Collaborates with internal departments to move agreements through review and approval workflows, maintaining timely communication and status updates. Builds an understanding of contract structure, terminology, and administrative processes to support future advancement into more complex contract roles. Coordinates and retains signatures utilizing AdobeSign, ensuring agreements are accurately routed, signed, tracked, and archived. Maintain visibility into signature status and communicate progress to leaders. Attach agreements to the appropriate EA PAWS record, as applicable, upon signature collection. Education & Experience Associates or Bachelors degree preferred. Minimum one year experience in physician contracting or other healthcare related administrative capacity required.
