Were looking for anEntry-Level Civil Engineer to join our team in either our South Bend or Fort Wayne office! This is a great opportunity to explore different areas of civil engineering whether your passion is structural, transportation, creative site design, water resources, or industrial/commercial site development.

What Youll Do
Youll work alongside experienced engineers and learn by doing contributing to real projects from day one. Your work may include:
- Supporting the design of roads, bridges, building structures, or site layouts.
- Helping develop plans, calculations, and technical reports.
- Preparing permitting documents and assisting with project coordination.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to solve engineering challenges.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
- EIT certification a plus, or a willingness to work toward it.
- Familiarity with Civil 3D, MicroStation, or other engineering software is helpful.
- Strong communication skills, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit.
- A self-starter whos ready to learn and grow across a variety of projects.
