A Day in the Life — Richmond, VA
Step into our Richmond facility as the go-to person at the front counter. You’ll welcome every visitor, learn what they need, and make sure they leave feeling confident in their purchase. From answering questions to ringing up orders, you’ll be the face of our brand and the connector between customers and great solutions.
Core Responsibilities- Warmly greet customers and guide them through their purchase decisions.
- Complete transactions accurately and quickly using our point-of-sale tools.
- Keep the counter neat, stocked, and ready for the next guest.
- Share helpful product knowledge and tailored recommendations.
- Address concerns and resolve issues with professionalism.
- Work closely with teammates to keep operations running smoothly.
- Stay current on new products, features, and promotions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; extra training in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Background in retail or counter sales preferred.
- Clear, friendly communication and strong people skills.
- Comfort working at pace and juggling multiple tasks at once.
- Solid basic math skills and confidence using a POS system.
- Upbeat attitude and a commitment to outstanding service.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
