Title VP, Account Director Department Account Services Role Overview VP Account Directors run a book of business at Remedy Edge. They are responsible for helping clients and our agency meet their strategic and financial goals. They are strategic thinkers, liaisons between agency functions integrators, and problem‑solvers. Core Competencies Strong and proven leadership skills Accountability Decisiveness Collaborator Strong management and mentorship skills What You’ll Do Own senior client‑level relationships, acting as key decision‑maker and brand steward Lead the team as an expert on multichannel experiences Leverage experience and agency knowledge to keep the team ahead of timeline, budget, and workflow Guide team to avoid past pitfalls Work with management to staff brands and ensure equitable division of work Foster collaborative environment across teams Be a manager and coach recognizing and developing talent Navigate complex situations with tact, diplomacy, and solution‑oriented focus Grow business through pitches, new business, and organic growth Identify opportunities where agency COEs can be leveraged for clients Develop agency‑wide presence that transcends individual assignments Manage team finances in partnership with Project Management Contribute to agency by leading initiatives that help better agency vision/goals What You’ll Need Superior verbal and written communication skills Superior organizational skills Ability to lead across a multi‑disciplinary team Excellent presentation skills Knowledge of common agency projects and initiatives at leadership level Ability to travel to client meetings Proficient in Microsoft Office Bachelor’s degree with minimum 10 years of medical marketing and/or agency experience Previous experience managing a high‑performing team(s) Specialist in Patient Pharmaceutical advertising Benefits & Compensation This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees are expected to be in the office 3 days/week. Salary range: $135,000 – $179,000.
