Multifamily Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities This role reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing and is responsible for supporting marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, software adoption, and partner engagement within Organized Living's Multifamily business. Working closely with Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, and Marketing, this position will help strengthen relationships with owner developers, architects, general contractors, and other key industry partners. Support integrated B2B marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads. Develop and maintain marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, case studies, digital assets, sales tools, and customer communications. Partner with the Multifamily Sales team to develop marketing resources and support customer engagement activities. Assist with specification marketing initiatives targeting architects, design professionals, owner developers, and property management companies. Coordinate Continuing Education Unit (CEU) presentations, including scheduling, marketing materials, and follow-up communications. Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, networking events, customer meetings, and promotional campaigns. Coordinate event logistics, travel arrangements, marketing materials, and post‑event lead follow‑up. Support product marketing initiatives for Bid360® and related software solutions, including product launches and customer success stories. Gather customer feedback and market insights to support Product Management and identify new business opportunities. Assist with marketing communications across email, digital, print, social media, website content, and industry publications. Support sustainability marketing initiatives, including LEED® messaging and educational content. Monitor marketing performance, track campaign results, and provide reporting and recommendations for continuous improvement. Maintain brand consistency across all customer‑facing marketing materials and communications. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, marketing communications, or a related role. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation development skills. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience creating marketing collateral and supporting sales enablement initiatives. Experience coordinating trade shows, events, webinars, or customer engagement programs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and content management systems. Analytical mindset with the ability to track marketing metrics and interpret campaign performance. Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work collaboratively across multiple departments. Experience in the multifamily, building products, construction, architecture, or software industries is preferred but not required.
