AMC is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team at a Class A luxury lease-up. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a premier community from day one- helping residents find their perfect home and contributing to the success of a luxury living experience. As a Leasing Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, responsible for delivering exceptional leasing experience, building strong relationships, and supporting the property’s leasing and occupancy goals. You’ll work closely with the Property Manager and team to maintain high standards of customer service, presentation, and performance. Responsibilities include: Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. 1-2 years of leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred. Experience in luxury or lease-up communities is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities. Highly organized and detail oriented. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
